George Chacko is Associate Professor of Finance and teaches classes in Investments, Capital Markets, and Financial Instruments and Innovation. His current research is focused on the topics of liquidity and liquidity risk/return, especially in the context of portfolio construction. His past academic experience has been entirely at Harvard Business School where he served as a professor for nine years in its finance department. He has a B.S. from MIT in Electrical Engineering, an MBA from the University of Chicago, and a M.A. and Ph.D. in Business Economics, both from Harvard University.
